To ensure that operations are efficient and effective, a contract to review ICT services and to develop a procurement strategy for these services in the future has been awarded to Deloitte Inc. The contract follows a Request for Proposals and is valued at $115,000.

Stage West Theatre Festival in Corner Brook has received a financial investment of over $14,000 from the Provincial Government to support marketing efforts and as well as its production of A Soldier’s Heart. This closure is necessary to facilitate the fireworks display that will be a part of Bishop's Falls River Fest 2016, which was originally scheduled for Monday, July 11.
