Health and Wellness -- Health and Wellness Minister Leo Glavine announced funding today, June 22, for recreation projects that will support fun and physical activity for Nova Scotians.

Trade Centre Limited -- The Halifax Convention Centre is one of 14 finalists for the 2015 International Association of Convention Centres Innovation Award.

Internal Services -- Government announced today, June 19, it is looking for a partner to develop and host an open-data portal.

Natural Resources -- A bridge in New France Provincial Park Reserve, Digby Co., and a bridge just outside the park reserve boundary, in the proposed Silver River Wilderness Area, are closed to most vehicles for safety reasons.

Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal -- Government issued a request for proposals today, June 19, to conduct a provincewide tolling feasibility study to twin 100 series highways.

Environment -- The province has legally protected the Eastern Shore Islands Wilderness Area and 22 other sites as wilderness areas or nature reserves.

Internal Services -- Vehicles, heavy equipment, electronics and a host of other items will be sold at the provincial government's surplus auction on Saturday, June 27, in Dartmouth.

Public Prosecution Service -- Sarah Lane has been appointed a Crown attorney in the Antigonish office of the Public Prosecution Service.

Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation -- The Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation (NSLC) released its year-end results today, June 17, for April 1, 2014 to March 31, 2015.
